Échange Scolaire à Rennes 🇫🇷

Recently a group of 4th and 5th year students spent an enriching week in Rennes where they attended classes at Jean Mace School while being hosted by their French Exchange families.

The students visited the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Le Mont-Saint-Michel as well as the beautiful coastal town of Saint-Malo. They were also fortunate to have guided tours of both Rennes and Nantes and tried out Breton Music and dancing!

Our DCS students agreed that it was a wonderful opportunity to improve their language skills as well as experiencing French life and culture first hand. They are now looking forward to returning the warm hospitality to their French exchange partners next month. Thanks to Ms Moylan for all her hard work in organising this fantastic trip and Ms O’Reilly for accompanying our students. 🇫🇷
