Car Boot Sale This Sunday 🚙 📙🪴🚲

Douglas Tidy Towns is organising a Car Boot Sale this weekend on Sunday 28th April in Douglas Community Park from 11am until 2pm.   This is to promote the circular economy and is also in conjunction with An Taisce's Spring Clean Campaign. 

Members of the school community and public are encouraged to have a spring clean at home, book a pitch  on Eventbrite.ie for their car or van and turn their unwanted clutter into cash!

Douglas Tidy Towns will be selling pre-loved books and plants.  The proceeds will go towards Douglas Meals on Wheels, Douglas Community Association and Douglas Tidy Towns.  

There will also be a collection point for bicycles to be donated to Rotary Ireland's Bikes for Africa Campaign and for spectacles to be donated to the Cork Lions Club Recycle for Sight charity. 

 All are welcome to attend and support these very worthy charities 🧸 🪑
