Trócaire Documentary Filmmaking Competition 📽️🎬🎞️🎥

Congratulations to our 5th Year Religious Education group who represented DCS today at the Trócaire 'The Right Focus' documentary filmmaking competition.

Our film focused on health, wellbeing and food security in Ireland and Kenya. We explored the issue from the perspective of young people. We were selected as finalists from forty-two entries. Whilst we were not among the top three our production stood out as being of very high quality. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those in our school community who contributed to the project. Well done to all involved and to Ms Barry Murphy and Ms Millard for mentoring the students.
