Grandparents’ Day at DCS - A Heartwarming Celebration

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming the grandparents of our 1st year students to DCS for a special celebration in their honour. The event highlighted the invaluable role grandparents play in the lives of our students, offering them guidance, love, and a sense of home like safe ports in a storm.

Guests were treated to a wonderful selection of popular music and songs performed by our talented school orchestra and choir. As always the DCS community extended a warm and friendly welcome with plenty of smiles, laughter and, of course, a well earned cup of tea!

It was a truly memorable occasion enjoyed by grandparents, students and staff alike. A huge thank you to Ms. Elaine Clifford, Ms. Anne Barry Murphy, and Ms. Annette Millard for their dedication in making the event so special.

We look forward to continuing this cherished tradition in the years to come!
