DCS Active Schools Week 2025 ☀️⚽️🏃♂️
This week marked Active Schools Week at DCS with both students and staff enthusiastically taking part in a variety of activities. Lunchtime challenges brought out a fun, competitive spirit, while the daily “Drop Everything and Move” tasks ensured everyone stayed active throughout the week.
The highlight of the week was Sports Day where students showcased their athleticism and team spirit as they competed against other classes. The week concluded with a highly entertaining staff vs. students rounders game, bringing a fitting end to a fantastic week of movement and fun. A huge thanks to Mr Ronayne, Ms Lordan, Ms Maher, Mr Murnane and Ms Fraher of the PE Department for organising such a fantastic schedule.
