DCS FUN RUN

The DCS Fun Run definitely lived up to its name yesterday morning as 1st, 2nd and 4th years participated in casual and competitive races in our soccer pitch. The students paid €2 for the privilege of participating with all money raised going to Cork Counselling Services. The teachers even got involved with some very competitive egg and spoon races. Rob Heffernan was our celebrity guest as the event was organised by the School Bank Team whom Rob has been mentoring during the year. The event was topped off with some lovely ice creams on a rare very sunny day. Well done to the School Bank team for organising.
